Yes, your IP and user agent are logged for security and to prevent abuse. It will be stored as long as the file exists, or after three months, whichever comes last.
That's not a question! But if you need a file to be deleted, and you can reasonably prove you are the owner (same/similar IP, user-agent, etc.), then contact me. Otherwise, if you logged in and can still access your account, you can delete it yourself.
